29. New pitcher to match my mom's kitchen.
30. Baby Connor at Nick & Carrie's. I like this picture but am aware that I chopped his hands off. I'll have to work on this while shooting.

Catching up on some pictures!
I hope I don't jinx this.
2 nights in a row Connor has woken up in the middle of the night, kicked around & made a few noises but then put himself back to sleep on his own. He used to be wide awake for good if he even opened one eye (those were torture days).

Ten Things Tuesday
1. Connor is a terrible sleeper. We have a few good days then it's back to terrible. Good thing he's so cute.
2. I have about 80 items on my 101 list. Almost done.
3. I'm drawing a blank. My brain isn't working today.
4. My co-worker Brooke asked me to take pictures for Tolo. Should be fun. I'm excited to get as much practice as possible.
5. I'm behind on posting pictures. Hopefully I'll get caught up tonight.
6. This is Garrett's last week working a normal-ish shift. Maybe he'll hear back from the other job soon.
7. It might be time for a Pepsi.
8. Apple Sauce with Cinnamon is my new best friend. It tastes like the inside of an apple pie but it's much healthier.
9. My parents got a new fire place, couch and area rug. They look very nice & make me want to rip the carpet out of my house & buy new things.
10. I brought my lunch to work. Be proud of me :)

Manic Monday
I like the song but not the feeling. I got very little sleep last night because Connor was very restless & woke up e.v.e.r.y. hour. I forgot I needed to get gas this morning so I was running a little behind. Then as I'm holding up my eyelids so I don't fall asleep as I'm walking into work, I realize Garrett's keys are in my purse. How did I do this again? For whatever reason (main reason is Garrett loses his keys all the time) we only have one copy of his Subaru key. Well, I was the last one to drive his car so I guess I just threw the keys in my purse when I was done driving it. I call him when I get to my desk & ask him to search for another copy (there have been other copies, they're just lost) they're nowhere to be found. I told him I am in no shape to drive another 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back to give him his keys. I'm practically crying at this point just from pure exhaustion (& the thought of another hour and a half of driving). Thankfully he has family illness time he can take. I guess your wife having mental distress counts.

Picture 20 & 4 month checkup news
Connor turned 4 months old yesterday & had his well baby checkup today. I remember being at his 2 month appointment like it was yesterday, thinking 4 months sounded years away. He now weighs 14lb 10oz (50th %tile), is 26.25 inches long (90th %tile). His head is in the 85th %tile. Still long and skinny. He had shots again but this time I didn't hear a peep. He hardly realized that he'd just been stuck w/ a needle. We're holding off on solids for now. He's growing just fine & he's not really showing any signs of being ready.
Here he is smiling, waiting for the doctor to come in. He's always such a happy baby at the doctors. He's trying to make me look crazy when I tell them he's generally pretty fussy.

Any questions???
Ok, I'm taking a cue from blogger Mrs. F at http://mrsforeste.blogspot.com/ and asking if anyone has any questions.
What would you like to know??? Just ask me in the comment section and I'll try to be as honest as possible.
Lurkers (if there are any of you) are welcome!!!

Ten Things Tuesday
1. My Connor Wonnor is 4 months old today. Where has the time gone??
2. My barista gave me a free shot in my coffee this morning. Love her!
3. I need to finish my 101 list. Then learn how to format my blog so the list can remain on the side so I can keep it updated.
4. Garrett got drafted to work a CRUMMY shift. Thursday through Sunday (4 10's) but here's the really crummy part. It's 7PM to 6AM.
5. This crummy shift got his rear in gear and he applied for a new job. He interviews on Wednesday morning. Pray he interviews well!!! It would be a pay increase and most likely a far better shift. Ok, I just jinxed it didn't I?
6. Taking pictures of Julia was fun. I want to do some more photo shoots. Any takers?
7. Connor, please sleep for more than 2 hours at a time tonight. PLEASE.
8. Connor has his 4 month appointment tomorrow. I can't wait to see how much he weighs and how long he is.
9. Post partum hair loss is no joke. I guess that's what I get for not losing any hair at all while pregnant. But I kid you not, there are long red hairs EVERYWHERE!!!
10. I wonder if Julia will remember to do her TTT. She started a blog at http://whensomethingnewisold.blogspot.com/

Is it ok if I skip days 15 & 16?? I'll post them tonight I promise...
I would post #s 15 & 16 because really I do have some good shots. I just don't have them with me at work. I do however have some # 17s. Julia was a good sister and let me take pictures of her yesterday afternoon. It was good to be able to use some natural light for once. I realized I hate the flash. :::Sigh::: Maybe someday I'll be able to get a speed light so I can bounce light off of walls & not directly into my people's eyes. Anyway, here we go. All of these were taken at our old elementary school. More to come.

TTT
1. I have sixty-something items on my 101 list. I'm making progress. Maybe by the beginning of next week I'll have it up.
2. I learned about a new website called freerice.com. You play a vocab game and for every word you get right they donate 10 grains of rice. I checked it out on snopes and it's legit. They've already donated billions and billions of grains of rice through the UN World Food Programme.
3. Connor is getting easier and easier & so much more fun. They say going back to work gets easier with each day. I think they're wrong. I fall more in love with him each day making it that much harder to leave him for 9 hours a day.
4. I am in my new office at work with my new desk. Me likey.
5. Connor has his 4 month checkup next Tuesday. I'm so anxious to know how much he weighs and how tall he is.
6. We had another night of sleep success. Connor was down again around 10:30 & slept in his crib until 3:30. FIVE HOURS!!! Nursed him back to sleep, put him back in his crib and he slept until 6:30 when my alarm went off (stupid alarm). He went back to sleep & stayed asleep at least till I left. He stayed with Garrett this morning so I'm not sure yet how long he stayed asleep. I didn't wake up as many times to check on him last night. Just once around midnight then not until he woke up at 3:30.
7. Time to pump milk for the baby. I'll be back...
8. Ok, I'm back....I'm hoping to take some really good natural light photos this weekend. It's hard to take flash free pictures when you leave for work when it's dark and leave for home when it's dark. Bring on spring please.
9. I just bought new socks a few months ago. Where did they go???
10. Connor has a chiropractor appointment today. We're hoping to be able to go down to every 2 weeks after this appointment.

Some sleep success
We had some success last night!!!
We have Connor's crib in a side car arrangement (one side off and pushed up against our mattress). Garrett & I got Connor to sleep for good at about 10:20 (yeah, still going to bed pretty late) and then I put him on the crib mattress around 10:30. He stayed asleep until 2:30, I nursed him until he fell back asleep & put him back on the crib mattress & he slept until my alarm went off at 6:00. He ate again and he fell back asleep and stayed that way until I came and got him to head off to Dodo's and Bumpa's.
Being the neurotic mother I am (when did I become neurotic???, oh yeah, the day I found out I was pregnant. I guess that's what motherhood does to you.) I woke up several times and made sure he was still breathing. It's nice to be able to just roll over and check on him instead of having him in another room. I am in no way anywhere near ready to have him in another room. There's my neurotic ways coming out again. At least having him in the crib is a step in the right direction.

Picture 4 & 5
Ten Things Tuesday
1. I'll post picture # 4 & 5 this evening. It's hard to post when you have a cranky, over tired baby.
2. Garrett wants me to put "give up Starbucks" as one of my 101 in 1001. I told him, "that's your goal for me, not mine. I don't want to give it up." I sadly enjoy my addiction.
3. We have plans to visit the East Coast this summer. Garrett's cousin is getting married in Maine so it's the perfect time to see some surrounding sights. Boston & New York for sure plus probably RI & CT. I'm excited. I've only visited 2 Eastern States, Florida and Virginia. Glad to be able to add a few more.
4. "Connor, you make your mommy very tired when you don't stay asleep at night." Maybe tonight will be better.
5. Julia is letting me do a photo shoot with her this weekend. I need all the practice I can get.
6. Having a digital photo frame at work is wonderful yet distracting. I could sit here practically all day and watch those pictures go by.
7. I took a bath last night instead of a shower so that I could lay down and have some relaxation without anyone bothering me : ) It was nice, I even got some reading done.
8. If someone invents a cup of Starbucks that never gets empty (think Willy Wonka's Everlasting Gobstoppers) please let me know.
9. Ewww. The weather has been so icky lately. I like the rain but just not so much.
10. Connor is on the verge of needing bibs all day. The drool is increasing every day. He has also rolled over once and has gotten half way there many times. It's only a matter of a few weeks and he'll be rolling all over the place.
